Shift: Full-time, choice between days or nights (rotating weekends)
Unit: 45+ bed Med Surg (Medical Focus)
Patient Population: General medical, chronic conditions, surgical overflow
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:6
On Call: None

Your Role
Deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care consistent with evidence-based nursing practices
Continuously monitor patient status and respond to any changes in condition
Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
Administer medications accurately and monitor for side effects or complications
Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-discharge care
Document all interventions accurately and completely
Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and clinical excellence
