Job Description
We are seeking a Hospice RN (Registered Nurse) for a 13-week assignment in Greenwich, Connecticut. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, experienced nurse who is comfortable working day shifts and providing high-quality end-of-life care in a patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assess patient condition and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Support pain and symptom management for patients receiving hospice services
- Educate patients and families on care plans, comfort measures, and disease progression
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Active RN license required
- Hospice experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
- Must be able to meet all compliance requirements prior to assignment
