Overview:
Our compassionate hospice organization in Columbus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered, end-of-life care in a home-based setting. This role combines clinical expertise with emotional support, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and families.

Competitive salary: $82,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospice guidelines
Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with hospice standards and regulations

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Prior hospice experience required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
