Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice
Location: Northern Dallas, TX

Overview:
Our hospice care team is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in home and care facility settings. This full-time opportunity offers meaningful one-on-one patient interactions, a supportive clinical team environment, and the ability to make a lasting impact on patients and their families.

Position Offers:
• Full-time permanent opportunity
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Competitive compensation: $82,000–$87,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in home and facility settings
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and expectations
• Arrange appropriate services, resources, and referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their loved ones

Qualifications:
• Active Texas RN license
• Previous hospice experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
