RN Hospice Case Manager | M–F Schedule | 3-Month Assignment | Extension Available
We are seeking an experienced RN Hospice Case Manager for a locum opportunity in Brevard County, Florida.
This is a great opportunity for a Hospice RN looking for a consistent weekday schedule while providing meaningful patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- In-home and facility-based hospice care
- 3-month assignment with option to extend
- Immediate start available
- Now scheduling interviews
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Hospice case management experience preferred
