A healthcare organization in the Altus, Oklahoma area is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide Home Care and Hospice services.
Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes.

Coordinate care plans with providers and families.

Provide education and emotional support.

Complete accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Active Oklahoma RN license.

Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
