We’re hiring a Part-Time Weekend Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) who wants a dedicated weekend schedule, professional independence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families transitioning into hospice care.

You’ll step into a field-based nursing role focused on conducting hospice consultations, completing admissions assessments, and coordinating initial care plans throughout the Greater Atlanta area. Working alongside hospice physicians and an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help ensure patients and families receive compassionate guidance and coordinated care from their very first visit.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an active Georgia RN license
• You maintain current CPR certification
• You have at least 2 years of recent hospice nursing experience
• You’re comfortable completing hospice admissions assessments and developing initial care plans
• You have strong patient and family education skills
• You’re experienced in coordinating physician orders, medications, and medical equipment
• You hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable, insured transportation
• You’re willing to travel throughout the Greater Atlanta service territory
• You have strong organizational skills and are confident working independently
• You’re passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered hospice care
