We’re hiring an After Hours Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) who wants a flexible 7-on, 7-off schedule, professional independence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families during critical moments.

You’ll step into a field-based hospice nursing role focused on providing compassionate after-hours care to patients in their homes. You’ll respond to patient concerns, manage symptoms, provide telephone triage, and make urgent home visits when needed. With support from physicians and an interdisciplinary hospice team, you’ll help ensure patients remain comfortable and families feel supported.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an active Georgia RN license
• You maintain current CPR certification
• You have at least 1–2 years of recent home-care nursing experience
• Previous hospice experience is highly preferred
• You’re comfortable providing telephone triage, symptom management, and urgent patient visits
• You have strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• You hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable, insured transportation
• You’re confident working independently in a field-based nursing environment
• You’re passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care
