Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months current End-of-Life/Hospice experience-Required - HOME HEALTH ONLY RN'S WILL BE REDIRECTED!
- Current Driver License
- MUST BE ABLE/WILLING TO SEE 6 OR MORE PATIENTS PER DAY
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY FROM FIRST DAY/HIT THE GROUND RUNNING - REQUIRE
- Attestation on profile of clear, clean Driving Record and Auto Insurance
- Tablet/Laptop experience
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
- Louisiana license
- BLS (AHA)
