Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Decatur, GA

Overview:
Our well-established rheumatology practice is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality infusion care in a calm, low-volume setting. Our role focuses on safely administering infusion therapies while supporting individualized, patient-centered care. This is an opportunity to use your IV therapy expertise in a flexible, supportive environment.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Very flexible, part-time
• Permanent position
• Competitive pay: $38–$44 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, initiate, and manage IV infusions per physician orders and protocols
• Perform venipuncture, establish IV access, and draw labs as ordered
• Calculate and administer prescribed IV medications and infusion therapies (injections not required)
• Monitor patients during infusions and document vital signs, responses, and care in the EHR
• Identify and escalate infusion-related reactions or complications
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and at-home care

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia
• Minimum 1 year of IV therapy experience, with strong IV insertion skills
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• IV therapy or infusion certification preferred (e.g., CRNI)
