Overview:
Our healthcare team is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in supportive clinical setting. This role involves direct patient care, clinical documentation, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support safe and effective patient outcomes. New graduates and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply.

Position Offers:
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Competitive pay: $43–$48 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in alignment with care plans and provider orders
• Complete admissions, discharges, and medication administration
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity
• Support patient safety initiatives and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
