About the Role
NurseAmerica is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery, Triage, and Postpartum team in Everett, WA. This role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to women and newborns in a supportive and collaborative environment that values professionalism and compassion.

Role Summary

The RN – Labor & Delivery / Triage / Postpartum is responsible for delivering exceptional, family-centered care for patients throughout the childbirth experience. You’ll work closely with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary care teams to promote safe and positive outcomes for both mother and baby.

Unit Highlights:

• 28 private Labor-Delivery-Recovery rooms
  
  
• 3 operating suites and 7 OB triage bays
  
  
• Advanced simulation training for emergency preparedness
  
  
• Team-based approach to communication and care planning
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  
  
• Active Washington RN license (or Compact equivalent)
  
  
• BLS (AHA) and NRP (AAP) certifications
  
  
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  
  

Preferred:

• National certification in Labor & Delivery, Maternal-Child, or related specialty
