What You’ll Do:

Deliver and coordinate patient care using the Nursing Process

Support and supervise non-RN staff
-
Act as a resource, preceptor, or charge RN when needed

Educate patients and families
-
Maintain high standards of safety, communication, and collaboration
-
Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice
What You Bring:
-
CT RN license
-
BSN preferred
-
BLS required
-
2+ years of relevant experience, must have prior experience. New grads not accepted at this time.
