Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care across a wide range of clinical conditions and settings. This role plays a vital part in improving patient outcomes by utilizing evidence-based nursing practices, continuously monitoring patient status, and adjusting care plans to support optimal health and recovery.

Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary care teams, the Registered Nurse performs comprehensive patient assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers appropriate nursing interventions. This includes administering medications, managing treatments, monitoring vital signs, and providing direct patient care. The RN evaluates patient progress through ongoing assessment and clinical observation, ensuring care remains effective and responsive to patient needs.

In addition, the Registered Nurse is responsible for educating patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions, promoting long-term wellness and disease management. The role also includes maintaining accurate and timely documentation, adhering to clinical protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
