NEW Registered Nurse (RN) – Women’s Services / Labor & Delivery Opening – Night Shift

A community-focused hospital in West Texas is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join its Women’s Services team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Night shift schedule: 6:30pm – 6:30am

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized nursing care plans
• Provide labor and delivery nursing care throughout the patient stay
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Administer medications and perform patient assessments and testing
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and postpartum care
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate patient care

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Labor & Delivery experience required
• Associate degree in Nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
