COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Registered Nurse (RN) - All departments
- Up to $63.14 Per Hour with experience (recently increased)
- Up to $25,000 a year in loan assistance via NHSC, Sharp, IHS with 2-year plan
- $17,000 Sign-on Bonus (recently increased)
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance, paid prior to move
- 30 days of free housing provided
- 23 days of PTO, 10 days of continuing education, and 10 paid holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Registered Nurse (RN)
- Regional Hospital System - Serving Local Alaska Natives from 58 Surrounding Villages
- 9 State-of-the-art delivery rooms with Jacuzzi tubs
- 7-On - 7-Off schedule - Days and Nights shifts available
- 25-40 deliveries per month
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Registered Nurse (RN)
- RN applicants with L&D, OB, and / or, Women’s-Health experience welcome
- No experience? - No problem, opportunities available for new grads as well
- Remote Alaska "Bush Medicine" - Seeking RN's with mindset of "Doctors without Boarders"
- Willing to work in remote Alaska and serve the Native patient population
COMMUNITY Registered Nurse (RN)
- Remote Southwest Alaska - "The Last Frontier"
- Area only accessible by plane or boat - direct flights from Anchorage
- An area renowned for it's Hunting, Fishing, and other recreational activities
- Area amenities include family-owned restaurants, fitness center, & movie theater
- Ample Cab Service for city transportation
