Position Overview
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing EPIC EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to facility policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg nursing experience.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible and varied shifts.
- Holiday coverage required.
