Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Med Surg, PCU, and Telemetry experience for a night shift assignment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, performing charge nurse responsibilities, and floating to other units based on patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in Med Surg, PCU, and Telemetry settings
- Independently assess, monitor, and manage patient conditions
- Perform charge nurse duties as assigned
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Float to other units as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner EMR
- Participate in required educational and training sessions
Requirements
- Active RN license (required upon acceptance)
- ACLS Certification
- BLS/BCLS Certification
- Strong telemetry monitoring and acute care experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
