Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry | 13-Week Contract | Night Shift
NIKTOR LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Med Surg and Telemetry for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to expand their clinical experience in a dynamic patient care environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process.
- Provide safe and effective nursing care in accordance with departmental and specialty-specific standards.
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation and coordination of patient care activities.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, Step Down, PCU, Observation, Critical Care, or related nursing specialties preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Certifications
- ACLS
- BLS/BCLS
- PALS (or ENPC)
- De-escalation Training (must be active before contract start date or have a scheduled course before clinical orientation)
Licensure
- State RN License required upon acceptance.
Additional Information
- Holiday coverage not required.
- Candidates with less than one year of experience may be considered.
