A healthcare organization in the Brockton, MA area is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry/Cardiac to join its nursing team!

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical, telemetry, and cardiac patients
-
Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
-
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
-
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure patient safety
Qualifications:
-
Nursing diploma, ASN, or BSN required
-
BSN preferred; must obtain within 4 years
-
Active Massachusetts RN license required
-
Current BLS certification required
-
Previous acute care Med Surg experience preferred
-
1–3 years of acute care, telemetry, or cardiac nursing experience preferred
-
ACLS certification preferred
-
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
