Job Description

Conducts and documents assessments of patients' health status before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion sessions. Administers simple to complex infusion therapy for chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy treatments. Monitors and document vital signs, symptoms, and overall response to treatment. Monitors for and manages side effects, both acute and chronic, and documents appropriately. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including discharge needs, initiating referrals for physical, financial, spiritual, and psychosocial support needs. Will float between oncology/infusion and wound care departments
