We’re seeking highly experienced RNs with a passion for oncology and cellular therapy. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of immunocompromised patients while working with some of the most advanced treatments available today.

Significant Oncology & Stem Cell Experience Required

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver expert nursing care to patients undergoing stem cell transplant and immune effector cell therapy
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Assist with special procedures and lead care delivery alongside Patient Care Technicians
• Maintain detailed documentation of nursing care, specimens, and patient outcomes
• Uphold strict infection control standards and ensure patient dignity and safety at every step
• Support and mentor new team members as part of a collaborative unit

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Stem Cell Transplant, Cellular Therapy, or Oncology Nursing
• BSN required (or enrolled within 6 months of hire, with completion in 3 years)
• Georgia RN license (or Compact State license)
• BLS & ACLS (AHA-certified)
• ONS Chemo/Immunotherapy Certification (required upon hire)
• Ability to delegate tasks per GA Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Cellular Therapy or Transplant experience
• BMTCN Certification or other Magnet-recognized certifications
• Strong oncology clinical skills and confidence managing high-acuity patients
