CareerStaff Unlimited is looking to hire a Registered Nurse RN for a full-time, 13 weeks contract opportunity in Miami, FL. Qualified nurses will have previous Oncology experience and have a strong focus on inpatient care. In addition to our standard benefits, our RN professionals are preferred in several facilities and hospitals in the area.

• Hourly Comp: $60 - $62
• Weekly Comp: $2400- $2480
• Bonus: Yes

MORE ABOUT THE RN REGISTERED NURSE:

CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by settings new standards for quality care and personalized services. Responsibilities for this Registered Nurse opportunity include, but are not limited to:

1. Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in the OR
2. Triage each patient and determine the priority of care based on physical, psychological, and social needs as well as factors influencing patient flow through the emergency care system
3. Variety of complex surgical procedures, organ transplantation, heart, lung, liver, kidney and pancreas, cardiac surgery, all varieties of endoscopic procedures, bone and joint all grafting, craniotomy, complex spinal procedures, and various oncology-related procedures
4. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
5. Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and possess good oral and written communication skills
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff following established policies and procedures
7. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide direction to non-nursing staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN REGISTERED NURSE:

1. 2 Years minimum of previous OR experience
2. BLS issued through American Heart Association
3. Must be eligible to work in the United States
4. RN license in the state of practice
