Job Description
MedAdventures is looking for an OR Clinical Nurse Manager to join our partners, a leading Healthcare System, in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership for the staff and management of the OR environment
- You will be the primary resource for AORN standards and assumes a leadership role in developing, monitoring, and evaluating the clinical practice
- Provide service to all age populations, neonatal through frail elderly, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and developmental age of the individual served
Requirements:
- 5 years clinical experience in area of perioperative nursing
- 2 years experience in a management/leadership nursing role preferred
- Current PA RN License required; CNOR preferred and required within (6) months of employment in the position
- BSN or enrollment in BSN education preferred
Compensation & Schedule:
- M-F: 3P-11P
- Compensation is 114-132K dependent on experience
- 20 PTO Days + 7 Holidays
- Tuition Reimbursement available first of the month after start date
- 403b retirement plan + pension plan
