Clinical Nurse Manager - Outpatient

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality ambulatory clinic care, ensuring efficient clinic operations for elderly patients.
  • Direct day-to-day operations within the clinic under the guidance of the Clinical Services Director (CSD).
  • Coordinate clinic workflows to ensure effective clinical services.
  • Develop and manage clinic staff, providing coaching, supervision, and fostering engagement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance clinic operations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of interventions in participants’ care plans and adherence to workflows and policies.
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of coordination and services in collaboration with medical practice leadership.
  • Serve as the audit lead for clinical and nursing elements during CMS/DHCS audit reviews.
  • Develop and monitor corrective action plans to maintain compliance.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Operate a high-performing, safe clinic with efficient workflows and protocols.
  • Hire, retain, coach, develop, and supervise clinic team members.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of interventions and adherence to care plans.
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of coordination and services.
  • Serve as the audit lead for clinical and nursing elements.
  • Develop and monitor corrective action plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) state license.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience overseeing an ambulatory clinic operation.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population.
  • Leadership experience required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $122,013 to $152,516.
  • Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision).
