- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any adverse reactions.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote optimal recovery and wellness.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Experience: 3 years previous experience in nursing required.
- Certifications: Current BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS may be preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
