Your Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical/surgical unit, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and needs.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any adverse reactions.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote optimal recovery and wellness.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: 3 years previous experience in nursing required.
  • Certifications: Current BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS may be preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
