Job Type: Registered Nurse – Med–Surg Inpatient Care
Schedule: Full-Time, 12 Hour Night Shifts (7 pm–7 am)

Position Overview

Provide specialty professional nursing care on a medical–surgical unit, managing a diverse patient population within a supportive team environment. Using the nursing process, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, you’ll deliver high-quality care consistent with state regulations and facility standards. Teams typically maintain a maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, enhancing patient connection and care quality.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care for adult medical and surgical patients across multiple unit areas

  • Execute the full nursing process to meet patient needs efficiently and safely

  • Work collaboratively in a team-focused setting to deliver coordinated and compassionate care

  • Float to other units such as surgical, swing bed, or rehab based on patient census and staffing

  • Build strong patient relationships with consistency and thorough care
