Position Overview

Provide professional nursing care to adult medical–surgical patients in an acute inpatient setting. As a key team member, you'll uphold standards of care, collaborate with physicians, and contribute to patient recovery and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care according to physician orders and nursing standards

• Deliver safe, timely medication administration and treatments in a busy unit

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and adapt individualized care plans

• Document patient responses and progress accurately

• Educate patients and families on post operative care, medication, and recovery

• Handle moderately high physical demands, including lifting and assisting patients
