Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and surgical orthopedic patients through all stages of recovery

• Monitor vital signs, manage pain control, and support postoperative mobility and injury management

• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and care team to coordinate customized treatment and discharge plans

• Deliver clear, compassionate education to patients and families on care protocols, mobility, and preventative measures
