Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized care

• Deliver direct and indirect nursing services to adult patients across diverse medical–surgical diagnoses, including swing-bed, pediatrics, and surgical admissions

• Collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary departments, and fellow care team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care

• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care demands
