NEW Operating Room RN Opening - West Texas

We’re seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a dedicated surgical team in a close-knit community in West Texas. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift position with on-call responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide safe, high-quality care for surgical patients in line with AORN standards

• Serve as a vital link between the sterile and non-sterile surgical team

• Oversee and coordinate operating room activities, from surgical records to equipment management

• Support anesthesia and keep families updated on patient progress

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and seamless surgical procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Texas RN license (or eligibility)

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

• Experience in OR nursing strongly preferred

• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit
