NEW OR Registered Nurse – Hospital Setting (Full-Time, Multiple Shifts Available)

A reputable hospital in North Carolina is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join its team. This role provides competent clinical nursing care in alignment with professional standards while supporting patients with varying levels of complexity.

About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process. The position reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and involves working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity, safety, and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, professional nursing care to patients with complex needs.

• Utilize patient education tools and identify readiness to learn.

• Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans based on outcomes.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective, coordinated care.

• Perform point-of-care testing according to standards and policies.

• Organize and prioritize daily tasks and seek guidance for complex issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.

Education Requirements:

• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited nursing school.

• Preferred: BSN or MSN.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN license in North Carolina.

• Current BLS (AHA or ARC).

Experienced and New Graduate RN Pay Range: $33 – $54/hr

  • New Grad RNs: Up to $15,000 over 3 years

  • Patient-Facing RNs (Days): Up to $30,000 over 4 years

  • Patient-Facing RNs (Nights): Up to $35,000 over 4 years

  • Inpatient RNs (Days): Up to $35,000 over 4 years
