Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN)
A Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) in Panama City, FL.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Panama City. Panama City is a four-season paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, and kiteboarding are popular activities on the crystal-blue waters of St. Andrews Bay, with world-class beaches just minutes away.
Numerous charters offer inshore and offshore fishing, scuba, and snorkeling excursions. Guided day trips are available for dolphin-watching and shelling on uninhabited islands. Fresh, locally caught seafood is featured at many of the restaurants, while some offer live music and waterfront views.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $27.72 – $39.60 (15+ years depending on experience)
- If you have CNA, LPN, Surg Tech, or Paramedic experience, it will count toward your RN experience
- Days (Rotating Weekends)
- Nights (Rotating Weekends)
- Shift Differential: $4.00 (Nights)
- Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 paid over 2 years

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with medical providers to provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care
- Serve as an advocate for patients to ensure an exceptional experience
Requirements
- Current FL RN License or compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days if using compact)
- Current BLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ASN required; BSN preferred)
- 1 year of acute care PCU experience or 3 years of Med Surg experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Critical thinking and decisive judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, and patient movement
