About the Role
We are seeking a permanent experienced Operating Room Circulator RN to join a close-knit surgical team in a community-based hospital setting. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, and OB/GYN, providing comprehensive perioperative care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile technique throughout the perioperative process
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms and surgical equipment
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
