Shift-Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
3 x 12-hour shifts per week
36 guaranteed hours per week

Compensation-
Blended Hourly pay range on W2: $63.00 to $63.00 /hr
Overtime: All-inclusive rate + $10 after 40 hours/week

Job Summary

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Acute Care Unit (ACU). This role requires a strong clinical background in acute or sub-acute nursing and the ability to work independently while providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and their families.

The facility serves a culturally diverse community in Northwestern Arizona and provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, clinically skilled, and committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in an acute care setting
• Perform a variety of nursing procedures based on physician orders, standards of care, and hospital policies
• Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Support patients and families across all age groups
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Work independently while following established nursing policies and procedures
• Participate in holiday coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active, full, and unrestricted nursing license in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute facility
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred per facility requirements
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• TCAR required within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS required within 6 months of hire
• Must have current active license and meet all credentialing requirements

Additional Requirements

• Orientation every 2 weeks
• COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted after declination form submission
• Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start
• Shared housing available at $600 per month, based on availability
• No family or pets allowed in housing
• EMR: Allscripts
