DIRECTOR OF MED/SURG – TEXAS HOSPITAL

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS: $70,000 to $90,000 annual base salary, depending on experience, plus Comprehensive benefits, and Relocation Assistance.

We are seeking a NURSE DIRECTOR OF MED/SURG for our hospital located in an area that is within an hour of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Medical Surgical unit is comprised of 18 beds and approximately 20 FTE’s.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

The overall direction of clinical, human resources and financial management functions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

* BSN required.

* Minimum of 7 to 10 years acute care experience with critical care preferred.

* At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience.

* Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire
