DirectShifts is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to work in New York, NY
Overview:
Under the general direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager, in accordance with the objectives, policies, and procedures of the nursing department and established professional standards, provides total nursing care to patients of all ages appropriate to unit. Effectively interacts with patients, healthcare members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. GN- permit paperwork submitted to NYS. RN- Current licensure in NYS. Current certification in CPR. Completion of Pharmacology, IV Therapy, PALS, Telemetry and Critical Care Courses within the first year of employment. Unit specific orientation.
RN must have at least 1 year experience
