Growing Cardiac Surgery Group comprised of 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 2 Physician Assistants, 2 RNFAs and other staff - Seeking an experienced Cardiac RNFA LOCUM in Beautiful Palm Springs, CA!
Candidate will work 4:10s with call, only for emergency situations. The call is shared with other team members!!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate will circulate and set up the room, count, etc at the beginning of the case. Then scrub in to assist the surgeon, PAs on team will do the EVH. When the PA comes up to the chest, the RNFA closes the leg and stays scrubbed in to hold the heart, etc.
Our teams of heart specialists are using the latest in innovations and procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, such as robot assisted heart surgery, ventricular assist devices (Impella), cardiac valve repair/replacement, trans-catheter aortic valve replacements (TAVR), Robo/VATS Lobectomies, TEVAR Ex-MAZE ablations, and more.
Cardiac RNFA must have experience in cardiac, EVH not required, but preferred.
Compensation is $80 - 95/hr , plus 1.5x for OT and call pay.
Housing, traveling, transportation all covered plus credentialing, licensure and malpractice as well.
