Job Description

Premier Health Care facility in Palm Springs, CA is hiring an RN Service Group Supervisor to work in the Ortho service line!

Looking for a new Leadership role? As the Service Line Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of dedicated nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care!

Our facility is in the Coachella Valley region of California. A popular resort city for many years, Palm Springs is known for its natural hot springs, celebrity culture, luxurious resorts hotels, upscale restaurants, golf courses, and sunny weather!!,

$15,000 sign-on bonus position!

Schedule: Full time, 8 Hour shifts

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Motivates and manages assigned service line nurses, techs, and operating room aides (ORAs).
  • Manages the service group's day-to-day and daily clinical operations, including practice standards, overall room activity, staffing, budgets, fiscal management, and quality improvement, in coordination with the Director

Requirements:

  • California RN license; American Heart Association BLS
  • Preferred: CNOR, ACLS, PALS
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an operating room clinical practitioner
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in scrubbing and circulating.
