A community hospital near Rugby, North Dakota is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join their Long Term Care department!
Pay at $30.00-$43.00/hour + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Registered Nurse Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunities available
- Long-term and acute care environments
- Both day and night shifts offered: Day Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM |Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Growth-oriented role with the goal of advancing into a Charge Nurse position through mentorship and leadership development
- The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
- Performs timely and targeted assessments of patients presenting complaints, ensuring alignment with defined triage guidelines
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Current North Dakota RN license or Multistate license required
- Candidates with Long Term Care experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- BLS and ACLS Certification
