Job Description
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients/residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Supervise and direct Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Ensure accurate documentation of all resident care, treatments, and changes in condition.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to care plan development.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of employment (in good standing).
