Job Details
Long Term Care facility located on the hospital campus seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week travel assignment. RN will provide direct patient care, assessments, medication administration, admissions/discharges, and coordination with MD/NP teams.
Shift Schedule
Rotating 8-hour shifts:
- Days: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekend, holiday, and occasional overtime coverage may be required. No guaranteed shift preference or guaranteed hours.
Responsibilities
- Patient assessments and treatments
- Medication administration
- Admission and discharge procedures
- ADL assistance
- Gastrostomy tube care
- Urinary catheter care
- Nebulizer treatments
- Wound vac care
- CPAP care
- Communication with MD/NP regarding patient condition
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Hawaii RN License required by start date
(Candidates without HI license may apply upon offer acceptance) - Minimum 2 years of LTC RN experience
- Current BLS Certification
- EPIC experience preferred
Additional Information
- Travelers must arrive by Thursday before start date for Friday employee health appointment
- Holiday coverage required
Estimated Pay Package
- Gross Weekly: Based on experience & stipend eligibility Contact to recruiter
