Pediatric Office Nurse (RN or LPN) opportunity in Southern New Hampshire!

Shift: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Saturday Rotation (8:00 AM – Noon)
Compensation: Competitive pay (Midpoint: $39/hr based on experience)

This is a permanent position. Candidates must be currently living in New Hampshire or in the active process of relocating to the area.
Role Summary
The Pediatric Office Nurse provides and coordinates professional nursing care for pediatric patients within a collaborative clinic setting. Utilizing the Nursing Process, you will assess, plan, and evaluate patient care independently while following accepted nursing practices and medical direction. You will also serve as a clinical leader, teaching and directing LPNs and Medical Assistants to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions for pediatric patients to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Clinical Leadership: Direct and mentor other clinical support staff in performing delegated tasks for the therapeutic plan of care.
  • Medication & Treatment: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and safety standards.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
  • Patient Advocacy & Education: Educate families on disease management and preventive measures while offering compassionate emotional support.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must hold an active New Hampshire or Compact State RN or LPN license at the time of submission.
  • Experience: Previous nursing experience is required. (Due to current orientation bandwidth, we are unable to accept New Graduate applications at this time).
  • Certifications: Active BLS (AHA) is required; ACLS is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pediatric procedures, and equipment; must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
