Overview:
Our Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and oversees all aspects of client medical care to ensure high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. This role partners with healthcare providers, staff, and families to support care planning and promote overall client well-being.

Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Competitive compensation: $100,000–$110,000 per year (DOE)
$3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage client medical care and appointments
Serve as primary liaison between providers, staff, and families
Monitor client health status and support care planning
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records
Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
Supervise and mentor staff on clinical protocols and care standards
Provide guidance on healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted California RN license
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
At least 1 year of experience in public health or a healthcare setting with care coordination, health administration, or clinical care experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working in child welfare
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
