Pay: $41 - $50/hr

Shift: Kain East Location: 7pm - 7am | Manakin St. Location (West) 7am - 7pm

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a residential mental health treatment program located in Glen Allen, VA. In this role, you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care for adult clients with mental health conditions in a structured residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and as-needed nursing assessments
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or complications
• Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with psychiatric, clinical, and residential care staff
• Support crisis intervention and ensure patient safety
• Educate clients on medication and health-related matters

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Virginia
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health, residential, or psychiatric care)
• BLS certification required
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model

Schedule:

• Per-Diem / As-needed
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Flexible weekday and weekend availability preferred
