Key Responsibilities:

Staff RN

Manage patient admissions, discharges, and medications
Provide routine and emergency care according to physician orders
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
Supervise Behavioral Health Assistants
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards

Charge RN

Lead patient admissions, discharges, and direct care
Oversee care plans and supervise LPNs and staff
Maintain quality and compliance with behavioral health standards
Conduct training in CPR, Crisis Intervention, Ethics, and more
Coordinate with healthcare providers (NPs, PAs, Psychiatrists)

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license in Florida
Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, or psychiatry preferred
Leadership experience preferred for Charge RN consideration
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Clean and clear professional licensure
