Registered Nurse (RN) – Psych / Behavioral Health

Employment Type: Full-Time (Various Shifts Available)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the nursing process as a basis for patient care, providing direction and oversight to both licensed and non-licensed staff. Our RNs demonstrate excellence through integrity, stewardship, and empowerment, ensuring every patient receives high-quality, professional care in a supportive environment.

  • Youth Populations:
    • Full-Time Nights (32 or 36-hour options)
    • Full-Time Evenings (32 hours)
  • High-Acuity Adult Populations:
    • Full-Time Days (36 hours)
    • Full-Time Evenings (32 hours)
    • Full-Time Nights (36 hours)
  • Older Adult Populations:
    • Full-Time Evenings (32 hours)
    • Full-Time Nights (32 hours)
Core Responsibilities
  • Clinical Assessment: Assess patient care needs and develop/reassess comprehensive plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Patient Care: Coordinate and provide nursing care to individuals and groups in collaboration with attending physicians.
  • Education & Milieu Management: Assist in teaching patients and their families; provide milieu management and communicate discharge/aftercare planning needs.
  • Safety & Security: Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff in both individual and group settings.
  • Documentation: Accurately document, report, and verify all patient information according to established policies.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and report any potential risks to patient safety to physicians to prevent adverse outcomes.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a customer-friendly environment by adhering to quality improvement standards and fostering positive professional relationships.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead a care team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Enthusiasm for behavioral health and professional excellence.
