We’re hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) – Inpatient Psych in Pierceton, Indiana who wants to shape the future of psychiatric care through clinical leadership and meaningful team development.

You’ll step into an inpatient leadership role focused on the overall administration of nursing care, policy implementation, staff development, and quality improvement. You’ll work a flexible 40-hour schedule designed to support teams across all shifts while partnering closely with an experienced Director of Nursing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $86,500–$105,000
• Administrative on-call rotation once every 3 weeks
