Nurse Manager – Inpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit (50 Beds)

We’re hiring a Nurse Manager who wants a predictable weekday leadership schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to lead a large nursing team while making a meaningful difference in acute psychiatric care.

You’ll step into a hands-on nursing leadership role overseeing a 50-bed adult inpatient crisis stabilization unit serving patients experiencing psychiatric emergencies and co-occurring conditions. You’ll manage nursing operations, support staff development, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient safety.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an active Florida RN license or are eligible to obtain one
• You have 3–5 years of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience
• You bring at least 2 years of meaningful nursing leadership experience
• Experience in acute crisis stabilization or inpatient psychiatric care is strongly preferred
• An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is accepted; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
• You’re comfortable providing direct patient care and administering medications
• You have experience supporting high-acuity psychiatric patients
• You enjoy mentoring nursing staff and promoting clinical excellence
• You have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $37–$44, with potential flexibility based on experience
• Annualized compensation: $76,960–$91,520, based on a 40-hour workweek
