Job Description
An established and Privately Owned Mental Health and Rehab Program in Bronx, New York are looking for a Registered Nurse to come join their team!
Position Details:
Monday-Friday (9am to 5pm)
Visiting patients homes, conducting assessments and care management plans.
Be required to visit at least 1 to 5 patients per day and provide a metro-card for travel purposes
